Ingredients

1 kg TOK Wings

1 cup butter

3 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning

2 teaspoons salt

3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

5 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparations

  1. Melt the butter in a small pan.
  2. Once melted add the Lemon Pepper seasoning  and stir everything together. After mixing, turn off the fire, add garlic and stir.
  3. Add in a medium bowl your cornstarch and wings. Mix until all the wings are fully covered. Season lightly with salt. Mix it again.
  4. Bake at the wings in oil at 375 ⁰Ⅽ for 5-6 min.
  5. Let the TOK wings drain.
  6. Then add your lemon pepper butter.
  7. Mix everything together.
