Ingredients
1 cup butter
3 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
5 tablespoons cornstarch
Preparations
- Melt the butter in a small pan.
- Once melted add the Lemon Pepper seasoning and stir everything together. After mixing, turn off the fire, add garlic and stir.
- Add in a medium bowl your cornstarch and wings. Mix until all the wings are fully covered. Season lightly with salt. Mix it again.
- Bake at the wings in oil at 375 ⁰Ⅽ for 5-6 min.
- Let the TOK wings drain.
- Then add your lemon pepper butter.
- Mix everything together.
