Ingredients
Meatballs:
500 grams spaghetti
1 kg TOK minced chicken
2 tablespoons paprika powder
1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 eggs
½ cup breadcrumbs
Sauce:
1 onion (diced)
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon paprika powder
1 can of tomato sauce (500gram)
Topping:
Cheese
Preparation
- Place the pasta in boiling water and let it cook until soft.
- Then drain your pasta.
- Marinate the TOK minced chicken with all the spices and breadcrumbs and shape into meatballs.
- Fry the meatballs in a pan covered with a shallow layer of oil. Fry each of them until golden brown on all sides.
- Then start making the sauce by frying the onions and garlic in a pot. Then add all the spices and mix well. Lastly add the tomato sauce and let the mixture cook for 5 min.
- Add your cooked spaghetti and meatballs to the pot and top with cheese of your choosing (optional).
