Ingredients

Meatballs:

500 grams spaghetti

1 kg TOK minced chicken

2 tablespoons paprika powder

1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons black pepper

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 eggs

½ cup breadcrumbs

Sauce:

1 onion (diced)

4 cloves of garlic (minced)

1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon paprika powder

1 can of tomato sauce (500gram)

Topping:

Cheese

Preparation

  1. Place the pasta in boiling water and let it cook until soft.
  2. Then drain your pasta.
  3. Marinate the TOK minced chicken with all the spices and breadcrumbs and shape into meatballs.
  4. Fry the meatballs in a pan covered with a shallow layer of oil. Fry each of them until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Then start making the sauce by frying the onions and garlic in a pot. Then add all the spices and mix well. Lastly add the tomato sauce and let the mixture cook for 5 min.
  6. Add your cooked spaghetti and meatballs to the pot and top with cheese of your choosing (optional).
