Ingredients

1 kg TOK minced chicken

2 teaspoons black pepper

2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon garlic powder

¼ cup breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon onion powder

2 tablespoons paprika powder

Burger bun

Topping (optional):

Lettuce

Red onion

Ketchup

mayonnaise

Pickles

Cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Add the TOK minced Chicken to a bowl, then add all the spices and mix well.
  2. Shape the TOK chicken mince into burger patties.
  3. Add the patties to an oil covered frying pan.
  4. Fry each patty until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Once fully golden brown, turn off the stove and immediately place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty so that it melts a bit.
  6. Start creating your burger by cutting open the bun and adding some lettuce over it.
  7. Place a patty on top of the lettuce, the red onion and some pickle slices. Or other toppings of your choice.
  8. Top it off with some ketchup and mayonnaise and your TOK chicken Burger is ready to be enjoyed!
