Ingredients

1 whole TOK chicken

¼ cup o live oil

8 fresh basil leaves

2 teaspoons of rosemary

8 Par-Cel cutting celery leaves

1½ teaspoon paprika

2 teaspoons black pepper

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 lemon (optional)

100 gram butter

2 teaspoons olive oil

3 onions

2 garlic bulbs

Preparation

  1. Cut the basil leaves and Par-Cel in thin slices.
  2. Mix them together with all spices in ¼ cup of olive oil.
  3. Marinate the whole TOK chicken with butter and the spice mixture. Chop the lemon in half and push it into the chicken for firmness.
  4. Tie the chicken with kitchen twine to keep all the pieces together.
  5. Layer the TOK chicken in a pan with 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 3 cut up onions and 2 cut up garlic bulbs.
  6. Bake the TOK chicken for 1 hour and 20 min. in an oven on 200 ⁰Ⅽ.
